**Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once we receive your written confirmation (email or message) and full payment or deposit as specified.

All prices are listed per person unless stated otherwise.

The participant is responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:

More than 30 days before arrival:

Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.

29–14 days before arrival:

80% of the total trip price will be charged.

13–7 days before arrival:

90% of the total trip price will be charged.

Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show:

100% of the total trip price will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel an activity or trip in case of:

Dangerous weather or snow conditions

Safety concerns

Illness or unavailability of the guide

Events beyond our control (force majeure)

In such cases:

We will first propose an alternative plan or date.

If the trip must be fully cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the guiding portion.

Accommodation, transport and third-party services follow their own cancellation policies.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel, flights, or insurance.

All guests must follow the instructions of the guide at all times.

The guide may change routes, timings, or plans due to weather, avalanche risk, or group ability.

Guests who do not follow safety instructions may be excluded from the activity without refund.

By booking, you confirm that:

You meet the required fitness and skill level for the activity.

You will bring appropriate clothing and equipment according to the equipment list.

You have informed us about any relevant medical conditions.

My Adventures Travel strongly recommends that every participant has:

Travel insurance

Trip cancellation insurance

Accident insurance including off-piste skiing

Health insurance valid in Austria/Norway

You participate in all outdoor activities at your own risk

My Adventures Travel and its guides are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of equipment, or delays caused by weather, natural conditions, or third parties.

Ski touring and mountain activities include inherent risks. By participating, you accept these risks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law for trips taking place in Austria and by Norwegian law for activities in Norway.
